No idea, no communication or response. The property management guy told me they ae busy checking what is covered by insurance, and don't care whether my family is ill as a result of breathing in damp spores.

Pleasant and ineffectual. Promises to follow up, but we never get any information regarding when anything is actually going to get fixed.

No heating in 1 room since our tenancy began, no heating in any room for a week, no lights or electricity for 3 days, no shower in a bathroom for a month, no keys for windows covered in ivy, no tumble dryer, yet we are paying as though all of these things are functional. No response at all from property management or landlords

Nice location. Useful transport links, generally suits us, which is why we chose the house, however, the landlords' attitude to repairs has made our stay here a stressful, uncomfortable nightmare
