Tenancy review for 82 Torrington Road in Manor, Ruislip rented from Robert Preston rented via Lawrence Rand

Completely clueless and unwilling to research our rights and their responsibilities.
Blamed us for problems we denied being our fauot, that later on proved to be true, yet still wanting our entire deposit.
Intimidated my children.
Entered unlawfully.
Endeavoured to threaten us and then "dispose" if about £2k worth of our belongings.
Still fighting for our deposit three months later because they long everything out, not sending adequate evidence to DPS, refused to engage with us about what they'd like to claim for with a breakdown, which is required!

Peter Lawrence, director of Lawrence Rand had a longstanding personal relationship with our landlords.
This meant that things weren't done properly for our part.
Completely unprofessional, he didn't listen to our concerns and any complaint about them or him not taking in what we were saying was responded to us with accusations that we were ridiculing him for his dyslexia, which was not true.

He allowed the landlords to enter unlawfully.
He allowed them to dispose of around £2k worth of our belongings while we still had possession of the property.
He lied about steps that were taken.
He accused us of benefit fraud after he saw and opened (!!) A letter about our housing benefit top up ending because we were moving house.

Property rating: 7

The house was nice. The renovations completed just before we moved, by the landlord's son in were a bit of a botch job - no sealant on the bath and shower where they met the floor and questionable flooring.
Semi detached; nice enough, but REALLY gossippy and interfering neighbours.

It's nice if you like living in a bit of a cult.
Beautiful area, just a shame about the people.
