Stay away from this property, as it landlord will threat your physical well being seriously.

First of all, she refused to make me a contract (which later she used as a excuse not to give my deposit back when the tenancy ended).

Also she was constantly going into my room and handling my belongings, even I explicitly stated her no. Her excuse was "is my house and I do as I please".

And last but not least, when she found a potential buyer for the house, she evicted me straight away without giving the 4 weeks notice period.

1 room rented in a 2 bedroom house in the middle of Wokingham. Rented from Monday to Friday.
