No contact from landlord, not even based in the area. Everything had to go through the agency, and when I was having problems I wasn't allowed any contact.

Nice at the start but began to be pushy around the start of November telling me I had to decide whether I'm staying next year. They don't take personal situations into account and had three viewings a week until the middle of January.

Furnished and painted nicely, very spacious for one person. Utilities themselves let it down as I had five floods throughout the year from different areas of the flat.
