General dealing with the agency were good. Most problems were resolved quickly but on several occasions repair people where sent round who were not the best for the job and ended up needing repeat calls to get a qualified person to fix the issue. Towards the end of our tenancy that was sorted out and the correct people for the job were being sent each time.
Staff were always very polite and helpful on the phone and able to answer all queries and sort out issues efficiently.
