They show 0 respect or decency towards their tenants. Took over a month to get the property in a liveable state, they ignored countless phonecalls and emails, left me to live in a mouldy bedroom for 6 months and are currently withholding £17500 of our money.
The landlords would not carry out repairs, were verbally abusive, and threatened me on occasion.

Property was in an appalling state when we got it, filthy and with all of the previous tenants rubbish left around the property. Took over a month to rectify this, then had mould in the bedrooms and bathroom and a leaking roof throughout 6 months of our 9 month tenancy.

Area rating: 7

Leamington is lovely but not at the cost of these landlords. Perfect location for a student house but not worth it.
