The landlord won't fix anything at all. I have been in that flat for 5 years, and only once have been changed some tiles in bathroom. He didn't fix the boiler, windows mechanisms, cracking wall, rats inside wall

Flat 4, 6 Hopkins street, one bedroom flat, no insulation under the carpets, its freeze cold especially at winter when windows is not closing and carpets on betone, boiler working bad, the wall moving so it's cracked from inside the wall. Rats in the kitchen wall that nibble wires, the wall in lounge leaks, very wet flat I can't breathe if my humidifier is off.
