Good agency. Always made sure they helped us when needed. Although can forget to send letters out for inspection sometimes. We once requested that a certain company did not return to fix plumbing in the house and they honoured our request. Most people we deal with are lovely. But a few people who work there arent very friendly over the phone.

Fantastic property. Was ready to move in. Landlord thought of the little things like cuboard spaces and places to hang clothes on the back of doors. Nice garden in the Summer, although now we have a small child its not suitable for her to go in as all concrete in the garden. Lovely design of the house throughout.

Brillant quiet area with about 4 different parks and play parks for klds. Right on the bus route for bristol and 20 minute walk each way to morrisons and tesco express. Only problem is that is can be a rat run for any traffic coming on and off the motorway and dual carridge way. If you dont have your own private drive park can be a nightamre!
