I have not received any contact from the Landlord. They seem to be hiding behind their managing agent, which I cannot blame them for when their building is this bad.

Prime Student Living should be embarrassed. The only member of staff that deserves some recognition is Andy, the maintenance manager. He was the only person who seemed to be listening and trying to build relationships with residents. The others were very corporate due to the ongoing issues and even then, they were unprofessional at times.

Very disappointing. They moved me into a dirty broken room and did not fix it until 4 months after me reporting it. They breached their accreditation scheme and failed to protect my deposit in accordance with the law. My room and the entire building have been rushed meaning the quality of work is awful. As a final year student, I’ve experienced my fair share of shoddy accommodation, but this tops it – stay somewhere else!

The location is easy for getting to university and going out, but the noise is annoying. If you are below the 10th floor, you'll probably struggle to sleep. One side is a nightclub, the other side is a busy main road with bus stops and takeaways that stay open very late. Shouting, screaming and fighting is a regular event.
