Landlord was very uncooperative and does not respond to any form of communication. She refuses to do repairs but instead gave us an eviction notice. Even after 1 month of vacating the property the landlord refuses to return deposit or to make known what deductions will be made.

Property was a 2 bed, with one being a single room. Great layout with ample storage. Lovely location, perfect area for families with parking.
High energy usage, electric shower, water tank with pump, hot air flow. Energy cost was average £200 during winter and just over £100 during summer. No heating in bedrooms, property had mould and damp in under step storage, bedrooms and bathroom.

Great location, well connected, easy reach of trams, buses and East Croydon train station. Tends to very noisy during school break as children go out and play.
