Didn’t have a lot of contact as they lived far away but they were nice- replaced mattresses for us and came to check up on us after the pipe incident!

Initially, they were good with the inventory and everything. But then once things started to go wrong, they were useless! Told us wrong numbers to call in case of emergency aka the pipe bursting which resulted in us paying 200 to a emergency plumber and they were relectutant to give it back (we did eventually). When we moved out, we followed their checklist precisely and even got it professionally cleaned. They still tried to take all our deposit off us for the smallest of things. After months we ended up getting half back with lots of effort which was very frustrating. When we rang them after submitting evidence the person handling our case had left and the new person had no idea so the process took even longer

When we intiay moved in, everything seemed great but soon after things started to fall apart! The first problem was there was no windows in the kitchen - which the fire dept said was highly unsafe and our cooker was quite old. Then late at night on a Friday the kitchen pipe burst and flooded the kitchen and the hallway. Then we had a problem with mould in the flat aswell.
