On top of all the legal things like gas safety. One time had a boiler break in the afternoon contacted the landlord and they had a guy out to fix it in the evening

3 bedroom maisonette all double bedrooms with desk and wardrobe. Profession/ student let. Kitchen/dinner /living room. Wood floor. Matte whit pant throughout (matte not the best for rentals as was easily marked). Parking for one car and gravel/ patio garden
