Very nice until they have your money.
When trying to rent out a room they show future residents everything inc everyones room and happily move stuff around to make it look better. Even your own belongings in your own room and kitchen cupboards!

Property has been done up very cheaply. Bathroom has mould and needs to be heated. Owners solution paint over the mould every six months!
One bathroom between 3 and now trying to squeeze a 4th tenant into the attic which the fire brigade said wasn't allowed as the attic access is via a ladder.
