She will constantly come round. You will sometimes get notice but no matter how clean the house is she will complain. She moans about the bins outside not being clean enough, and will be very rude to you. Doesn't seem to understand that it's your house, she believes it to be hers. Made me feel so miserable and scared to go back their that I regularly stayed elsewhere. So glad I have a landlord that leaves me alone now.

Other than mould issues the house is in very good condition. Can be pretty cold in the winter but plenty of furniture and good sized bedrooms.

Perfect for young professionals/post graduates. Have bins unlike most of Cathays and loads of takeaways shops. So close to Roath Park which is a massive bonus.
