Very difficult to get in contact with, they avoided my emails and calls. Took me months of CPS ignoring my calls and emails for the landlord to come round.

63 Richmond Rd (Rear ground floor flat).
MAJOR MOULD PROBLEM HIDDEN BY CPS & LANDLORD.
Large living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom, access to shared garden.
When given a viewing CPS told me that the flat doesn't have any damp or mould. After a couple of weeks I received a letter under my door from previous tenants warning of severe mould forcing them to move out. A few weeks later, the flat was covered in mould, there was water running down the ineternal wall of my living room. Its clear that CPS and the landlord knew of this problem, had covered it up and got new tenants in.
Took me months of CPS ignoring my calls and emails for the landlord to come round (a lawyer who owns 98 properties in Cardiff), he tried to dismiss it but eventually agreed to end the tenancy early due to health conditions.

Nice area, close to centre.
Close to city road which has the best mix of restaurants and local shops.
Cathays student area is also very close.
