This Landlord is a disgrace. Moved in Sep 2018, quite late and had the last room in the house. Landlord immediately expected to tell one of us something and that we would all know, despite the fact that he knew we didn't know each other at all. We later found out that a group of people were meant to move in but pulled out because of his behaviour. Had some atrocious housemates, with disgusting habits. Made multiple complaints about them but they were ignored. He only responded when I said that I felt unsafe in my own home and was considering leaving Lincoln.
No individual locks on bedroom doors when we moved in despite not knowing each other!
Told to give council tax exemption certificates to Landlord for him to sort out, find out 9 months later he never bothered and now bailiffs may turn up and take our stuff as payment! Did say in contract that we were supposed to sort it ourselves but we made the mistake of trusting the landlord to do it.
Finally been arguing over the deposit for weeks over the state of the house. Finally taking it to TDS and find out it too until December to put the deposits into the scheme! (Illegal as the limit is 30 days).

Good condition if slightly worn and torn when moved in.
5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with showers, ne with bath too.
Large garden with patio area.
