Landlord rating
Unity Lettings are one of the worst lettings agencies I’ve dealt with. Customer service is so poor I felt like it was ran by 14 year olds. They never notify you when coming to the property. Maintenance issues arnt dealt with. Property not cleaned weekly despite being advertised as so.
