Flat 3, 20 Buxton Road

Refusal to fix windows, refusal to replace damaged sofa bed, refusal to fix toilet seat for a month and failed attempt at taking money from deposit.

The flat itself is lovely but the windows are rotten and this made my belongings wet as it rains inside the room. This was still not fixed upon vacating.
A rusted and ripped mattress on sofa bed was not replaced and I had to buy my own, paying for removal of the old one.
I was without a toilet seat for a month and blamed for it snapping at the hinges which were damaged upon arrival.
I had to clean when moving in due to mould.
They attempted to charge me for removal of floor edging(?!) when I checked out and delayed payment for longer than guidance.
This all caused a huge amount of stress. I maintained the flat to a high standard throughout tenancy and was horrified at the ongoing treatment. It is truly baffling.
