Landlord rating
The landlord was responsive and seemed to keep in contact about repairs. Only downside is the time it took. We were left without a washing machine for over a month. The drains also overflowed a lot in the showers and would uproot drainage water. and these were not fixed quickly.

The house was clean when we moved in and generally appeared to be well maintained. The only downside is there is only a small communal areas in the kitchen which isn’t great for students who like to hangout together.

Area rating
This is generally a student area so there is always noise and people walking past your windows at late hours making lots of noise. The left side neighbors were very unwelcoming and sent us a rude letter the first day we moved in. Other than this is not a bad road. Horrible neighbors for students though and they will be on your case !
