The landlord responded to repairs and maintenance promptly. The only thing I would point out is when we moved out we had a HUGE charge back off “repairs and costs” which I do not think were justified. It kind of felt like a quick money grab by the end to complain about the smallest issues and charging an unreasonable amount. We had to appeal the costs and eventually these were cut down.

Compared to a lot of student lets. It is clear this landlord goes out of her way to ensure that the property is maintained, walls were painted carpets were clean. There was no grot, or grime when we moved in. Rooms were clean, and the place was generally in good upkeep. Living here was generally a good experience
