The agency are rude, they made false accusations I later proved were not only false but also impossible. Elliot Oliver brought up frivolous claims and it wasted many hours of my day providing the evidence to refute them all. All claims were refuted, but had I not stood up for myself they'd have conned me out of my entire deposit. They're morally bankrupt and it's so disappointing to see.

The property was ok, although I was told I could use the attic of the property and on the first inspection was then berated for using the attic. I was miss-sold the property.
