Appalling, rude, unfair, unreasonable, the repair work was never done to the property after 38 days I moved out. I requested to be refunded some money for the failure to repair the property and this seemed to prompt them to attempt to con more and more money out of me.

The extractor hood fell off the wall whilst I was working away for a week. Elliot Oliver tried to charge me for their negligence labelling it as "malicious damage"
