Landlord review for Michael Unknown, Belfast

Landlord rating: 3
Did not repair in any form of a timely manner. And shoved too many people into a single house, again with o my one small kitchen. Deposit was the price of a months rent £350, I couldn't take living there with my disability and need for internet for my degree so left within my tenancy contract therefore did not get my deposit back.

Agency rating: 3
No differentiation between contacting agency and contacting landlord. Communication was never clear who I was talking to.

Property review for 55 Cromwell Road, Belfast, Belfast

Property rating: 4
Large HMO, too many people with one small kitchen and dining area. Horrible if your an individual with a disability, especially physical due to tall and narrow stairs to 1st and 2nd floor.
WiFi signal did not reach top floor, window didn't close letting cold draft and noise in which after nearly 3 months tho reported still wasn't fixed.
No limits on age or occupation of individual ie young women in 20s with older men in 40s makes for very uncomfortable living. Sink in bedroom meant if you had a kettle and a mini-fridge you never had to actually leave your room and interact with said uncomfortable housemates, or traverse steep stairs for food.
Wall at pillow height behind bed had mould. Could hear phone vibrations through walls.

Area review for Belfast, Belfast

Area rating: 5
Close to takeouts and cafes, bit of a walk to transport if you're not very physically able. Near enough to train to hear the horn blare. Near enough to the Holylands to get excessive noise at 2-4am and various police cars on patrol.
