Bad communication with landlord. Text would be grammatically incorrect to the point where you're trying to decipher short hand abbreviations like 'b dere in oen min'. Horrendous.
Landlord only accepts cash or cheque, no bank transfer. So will come inside to pick up cash / cheque every month. No prior warning / set date or time that this would happen; just when it suited her.
Would try and charge for everything / put the responsibility to the students. Flatmate was so terrified he didn't shower in his en-suite for well over week just to avoid calling landlord.
Landlord tried hiding one of the black bins when moving out and said we would have to pay for a new bin which would come out of deposit.
Landlord refused to hand over deposit. Had to formally dispute through third party company to get deposit back.

4 bedroom, 4 bathroom (3 en-suite and 1 main bathroom) property. 1 bedroom downstairs, 2 bedroom on 1st floor and 1 bedroom 2nd floor (/attic).
Property is old and unloved. Carpets worn down to the ground, provides no insulation. Cost a lot to heat up because the property has no insulation so there are months in the year where outside would be warmer than inside.
