Charged illegal fees when moving in. Many problems with the house where never fixed. Contacted the agency a number of times about the issues and never saw any resolve also took more than a week to reply. always told someone would be out within in the week and they never arrived. On one occasion where someone did come out, they did not look at the problem instead decided to take the fire alarm off and leave in hanging from the ceiling unworking for 6 months. Charged cleaning fee when moving out even though the house was spotless. Not a very helpful agency. Seems to do everything they can to make money off students and let them live in awful conditions. Would not recommend unless your a fan of 'daylight robbery' and living in conditions for animals

Four bedroom HMO property. When moving in, it was assured there was no damp or mould. Upon moving in discovered the property was overtaken with both damp and mould and filled with many issues from clogged showers, black mould no insulation. In the kitchen, there was a large hole which leads straight to outside. This drew all the heat out of the property and left the temperature in the minus. Celigns also leaked water and nothing was ever fixed. Awful house to live in and would NOT recommend.

Local shops are close. Local co-op and Tesco within walking distance. Good transport links with a bus stop at the top of the road and close to the university area. Never had any expierence with the neighbours.
