My tenancy ended in a court case against him.
Con man. Lost control of the property because he owed the owner he subletted from thousands. Would never answer his phone. Would be rude when you did manage to get in touch, and at times directly threatened to cease repairs on the property if fixed term tenants did not abide by his multiple illegal eviction notices.

Professional con men. Every single employee is in on it. For any problem you were facing they would give you multiple different stories depending on who you spoke with, each time easily disprovable (IE internet outage being blamed on a problem on the area, you check on ISPs website, they change the story. Rinse and repeat). I have never in my life met more dishonest people, sincerely.

Every single room had a mould problem. The property was illegally overcrowded and did not adhere to HMO regulations.
