Most unpleasant landlord I’ll ever meet, snarky, rude, lying, holds house viewings against your knowledge, let’s strangers into your room when you’re in it with no warning.
Money thirsty. House is completely overpriced for what it is.

Terrible agency, terrible at replying to queries, don’t fix any problems in house and steal the deposit off you without even discussing it with you or anything. Doesn’t fix problems like blocked sink for 6 months- couldn’t wash dishes for last 6 months so had to order takeaway constantly- complete disaster wouldn’t wish this letting agency on anybody.
