Not bad but a bit weird.
She does search for the limits of what is possible so do not expect much leniency. Fridge broke and it took a week to be replaced as she only wanted to get it from a specific shop/website. Garden is high maintenance but you need to return it in exactly the same condition. No option to continue on a monthly basis. She simply didn’t mention that builders would use our living room and garage as storage while works were ongoing with our belongings still there (this was after our contract had ended but we had agreed a transition period for personal reasons and still paid full rent while not living in the property).
