Landlord rating
The worst landlord in Brighton. She really is the devil. Landlord does not give notice before entering the property. Gives the keys to workmen to enter the property without permission. Some of which are creepy. She is incapable of listening and always believes she’s right. Repairs are not always fixed. Was without a cooker for weeks before she was looking for the cheapest one, so we went without because she is stingy. She is hostile and aggressive and bitchy. Makes personal comments about our outfits and decorations. Makes up rules as she goes along. Takes advantage of ignorant students. At the end of tenancy she will make up repairs, make you pay for things that existed prior to moving in. She’s a con artist and truly a despicable and treacherous wicked woman. Stear clear of renting from the lady. Your mental health will be better for it. And she’s an open racist.
