Ranya the Landlady is absolutely fabulous, very quick to respond and if there are any problems gets someone to come out pronto; no messing around. Never had any problems with her, and she always respected the house as if it was our own. Lovely women and would highly recommend renting off her to anyone!

The property is a lovely home and was a joy to stay in. My room which was upstairs and faces the front was absolutely perfect and I really enjoyed staying, the only issue someone could have with this particular room is, it gets a little chilly. Other rooms there is slight mould, although it is not terrible it does affect the room quality. Although when telling Ranya, she did everything at the time to fix this problem! The shed does need emptying, and we was told it would have been ( but nothing major). There is some absolute delightful furniture in the house, including comfortable beds and lots of couches. There are a few minor problems with the bath being blocked, but easily fixed. Overall very satisfying living here.

No noise, lovely neighbour - which in fact we were probably the noisy ones. Relatively close to everything including the town and the University.
