A very friendly landlord who loves a chat, and is quick to sent a repair man round or visit himself to fix things. He sometimes forgets what you've asked of him so he does need chasing.

Great living space and two entrances to property. House was very badly insulated and had slugs and woodlice coming in through the front door most nights. A little outdated inside, but you are allowed to pin things to wall (no bluetac allowed) so making it your own is easy.
Neighbours on the left are also students and to the right are a family. Can buy a parking permit but that doesnt promise you a space.

Quiet area in the golden triangle. The pub out front is very fancy and gets well behaved customers so never disturbed us. Chicken shop down the road and little shopping area were perfect too! So close by.
