Good enough early in the tenancy, although slow to resolve issues in the property and some issues would be dismissed. For instance, when a ventilation problem was raised in the bathroom, she would dismiss this and state that the skylight had been left ajar to address this, despite it not resolving the issue. Likewise, she regularly forgets about issues raised and must be reminded over and over for anything to be resolved, this includes an occassion where rainwater was leaking into the property during heavy rainfall.
Hires unreliable tradesmen, having a tree cut down in the front garden but then left for months, allowing weeds to grow out of control.
She is incapable of accepting views that don't align with her own, meaning that she would be very dismissive of concerns that she herself did not consider. Uses her partner to fix issues in the property, but cuts corners with costs everywhere she can.
Becomes very antagonistic and uses passive aggressive language to attempt to intimidate tenants.
Repeatedly misgendered tenants regardless of reminders.

Property rating
Disgusting and permanently dusty carpets, leading to all tenants experiencing regular sneezing fits. Poorly fitted doors and windows result in significant draughts and terrible insulation during winter, leading to costly bills. An extension to the back of the property (forming the living room area) is very poorly constructed, as I was able to see the sky through the ceiling where a crack was forming. This building has no insulation in its roofs or walls, and this again contributes to terrible temperature regulation. Serious work needs to be done to this property to justify the rental cost.
Furnishings are old and low-quality, except for a leather sofa which is average quality.
Was rented for a relatively low price, although this has increased for the last three years despite no changes to the property at all. Further, the high cost of bills means this low rental price is offset and this becomes more expensive than other options.
This property is very well located in a relatively quiet area with great connections into the city centre and bus lines to UEA.
You need to buy a parking permit to park outside the property, although there is permit-free parking a 5/10 minute walk up the road - this has a lot of competition, however.

Area rating
A nice friendly area with some good local businesses. Quiet except for the occasional late-night foot traffic from the local pub.
