Landlord is very irresponsible and never came to hand over the keys to the room. It was just left on my door and my other flatmates opened the main door for me. The repairs were not addressed. I suffered with severe cold and fever due to extreme cold in my room. The landlord lacks communication and organisation. He sent out workmen in my absence and sent an invoice of 90GBP for missed call out. My mental health was disturbed because of this place.

The property is disastrous. The basic amenities like Heater & Light were not working for a month. The carpet was torn and smelling like a wet dog. There is a thick mould in the washing machine, showers were scaled, kitchen sink was clogged, dishwasher was broken.
The contract said it is a non-smoking house but the landlord knew there was a cannabis addict who smoked in the house all day and still threatened our safety by renting out the place.

Apart from the landlord and house issues, the location is quite nice. Its a minute away from the bus stop. But, it is quite far from any supermarkets or city center. However one can take bus.
