If there was less than even none stars, I would have chosen that. He was very deceiving and insincere. Asked for a 3 months rent and an additional 500 security deposit (unreturned up to the date of the review). Promised (empty promises) with a written contract that was procrastinated until eventually I had to leave the house with no compromising etc. Suddenly was living in the house as well with no further notice. Smoking weed and taking drugs I cannot recognize. Coming and leaving at random times. Unemployed at times or drug dealing. Attitude, liar, racist, hater, rude etc. He will tell you his name is Mohammed Tal-ha or simply Tal-ha while his actual name is Sabar Khawaja. Now after leaving the property, the deposit was unreturned, his phone was completely off with no response. I had to send him a court action message, report to the council and soon the police as well.

The property was in a decent condition. Needed lots of cleaning and there were many marks and cracks that needed maintenance over the walls and ceilings. I have cleaned the apartment and made sure all the molds and dust were free over the walls and ceilings. Had to wipe all the floors and fixed the drawers, cabinets etc. In general, it was not that bad and livable, therefore I have agreed to live in.

Quiet and nice neighborhood, relatively close to the University of East Anglia. Behind the main street (the Avenues) were the bus goes to the city and also to the University.
