Took 5 weeks to address problems they deemed themselves as urgent. Multiple visits into the office in person was required to get any action taken. Security deposit returned 2 and a half months late, with claims that it had been posted blaming Royal Mail then later confessions that they'd misplaced it and still had it in the office with no real excuse. Despicable service.

The condition of the property was awful. Mould and damp excessive in one of the bedrooms. Slugs in the kitchen. Bathroom door (adjacent to the kitchen) rotted off and was unusable. Extremely cold temperatures in the back bedroom during winter made it unlivable but had no other choice.
