The worst lettings agent I have ever encountered. Communication was slow, essential repairs took months or never happened and they took months to return deposit with so many deductions even though we left the house in a better condition than when we moved in.

Tiny and dingy with a garden that never got sunlight. Mould grew in every room even with dehumidifiers places in each bedroom.

Close to uni, bus stop right outside - quite loud a lot of the time but not awful - the drive was bad though and hard to get cars on and off due to the slope.
