Definitely the worse thing about the tenancy. She was delusional and kept accusing 'head Tennant' as a bully and mean and hostile. When I was simply wanting her to deal with the leak. Didn't believe we should have all radiators working when we found one didn't work and one wouldn't turn off (so it was like an oven) , as she wasn't using hers. Believed it was a luxury living at the house. Accused our black friend (Tennant) of smoking weed as she thought she could smell it in the carpet (even though our house don't take drugs or smoke). Wouldn't pay for labourers an extra hour to complete the jobs properly. Was threatening to charge us for the gardening (even though our contract said it was the landlords responsibility). Was going charge us for lightbulbs and other things (all the lightbulbs worked when we left the property). Came and did an inspection without giving us the prior warning. Didn't give us an inventory when in the contract it should have been. When using the car park with the house was sent angry notes about using 'someone else's carpark' and noticed a white van turn up and move bottles and other things out of the garage. She will try charge the Tennants for anything when it is the landlords responsibility. She doesn't understand the contract signed or the law.

DON'T STAY HERE! When we arrived at the property a professional clean wasn't done and the garden was a mess. The bathroom selling was peeling away and there was mould around the upstairs bath. Marks of the walls and a very stained carpet in one of the upstairs bedroom. I was in the property when it was a 5 bed but landlord has recently split one of the bedrooms to make it a 6 bed property. Not enough space in the living/dining/kitchen area for 5 people let along 6. Didn't come with the utilities advised (e.g. Microwave), also there is not enough room in the fridge freezer for 5 people. A leak developed in the hall and the landlord refused to come and check it. Cost a lot of money and not worth it. Was later in contact with the previous tenants and they had experienced similar issues with the property and landlord.
