I would have given minus stars if it's an option. They are the most terrible and unprofessional agency I have dealt with. In summer, the shower wasn't fixed after a month on the phone and email back and forth. I had to shower in the company. And any maintenance is basically not happening unless it's something like the shower doesn't work. I still haven't got my deposit back two months after proper checkout. I have brought the issue to DPS.

38B Moon Street in Stokes Croft in Bristol. Really run down and crappy crappy place, the plumber basically say this house has the most messed up plumbing system he has ever seen. No hot water in the kitchen, the boiler is loud as a tractor that you can hear from all room.

Close to city center, but people pee around since it's a back alley. And once we got a cray person knocking on the door for 15 min. And it's next door to a club which does drum and base.
