Fixed stuff quickly and no issues with deposits. However, they let the property to us for 4 despite it then failing the HMO from the council and the 4th room definitely not being big enough and extremely cold due to rubbish windows. The shower door broke and they fixed it temporarily as we only had a few weeks left, but then lied to next tenants saying that the temporary fix was okay with us (it was fine but we stressed that it should be fixed by the next tenancy).

One big room, one medium sized, one small but find, one tiny. Not suitable for 4 people but fine for 3. Windows not well glazed and big gaps so can get cold however the views make up for it.

Lovely area and friendly neighbours. Great transport links and amazing views. Can get loud as can hear anyone talking on the main road but not unbearable. Right next to Brandon Hill which is a really nice park.
