Landlord unapproachable, all the matter death with by the agency, and the quality of their service was very poor. Landlord would benefit if he got in to check with tenants sometimes not just via the agency.

The worst experience since I started renting. Agency rude and not helpful at all. Slow to respond to any issues. On the move out, even though I gave a month notice, the claimed I am responsible for another month as notice date apparently "incorrect". They took my depot for rhat without me agreeing to it. Agency manager was very rude whenever emailing me. I would definitely advise everyone NOT TO RENT WITH THEM!!!!!
