Absolutely crap. Told us we didn't need to pay TV licence, then later on told us we did. We needed keys cut by him when we moved in (he hadn't bothered to sort them out before we moved in) and got them finally a few months later after badgering him a lot. Difficult to arrange meetings with him.

Unorganised and crap. They put the property up at the wrong price, about £10 less ppw than the landlord wanted advertised. Why are we paying extortionate agency fees for someone to sit in an office, watch us fill out paperwork and then send the paperwork in to the landlord? And they can't even do their job properly and put up the property for the right price.

6 bedroom flat on Cumberland Street. 15 min walk from Bristol uni. Central location, 5 min walk to Cabot and Broadmead. New build, modern inside, great ovens. Not here to talk about the property too much, just the abysmal landlord.
