Replied to my emails ASAP at 5am when he didn’t pre warn us about the change in the code to the flat reception

Doesn’t care about anything if he gets his money
Very professional and doesn’t show empathy towards struggling/financial situations especially during covid times.
Doesn’t warn you about changes in passcode to reception area, which happen bimonthly

Two bedrooms, one em suite bathroom, one spacious bathroom, and a kitchen/living room
Mould in larger bathroom but was told to just keep the window open. For some reason we have four tables and 8 Chairs Which is really unnecessary due to only having a two bedroom flat. There are also two armchairs that are black And one 2 seated sofa Made of fabric which you can’t take off and wash or clean and you can’t get down the side of the sofa because it’s stuck on. For the bedrooms there are two double beds and a good amount of chest of drawers and wardrobes. All looks very cheap and student like.

Being a city centre flat means that you are very close to all transport links within a five minute walk, you are also really close to Tesco and the international shops, however with the windows struggling to lock, you can hear the traffic at all times and can hear the skaters outside in front of the electric building. It has a nice view of the skating area and is quite high up.
