The property was in great condition, good sized rooms and pretty decent storage, modern building. But did have issues with condensation causing mould (mainly) in the living room but landlord was super helpful with this. Being on the ground floor makes moving in/people coming over/ getting take aways super easy but does mean it's kinda noisy and we didn't tend to ever use our patio which is a shame, but the property does have roof terraces which are great. And a free gym in the building next door!

Local area was pretty good! Literally 5 minutes from Temple Meads and so there's super easy long distance travel and bus links. 5 minutes in the other direction to Broadmead/Cabot Circus so pretty ideal location!! The only downside is the walk to Uni, is only about 25/30 minutes but is pretty uphill and a lot of people live closer but you're surrounded by so much other stuff it doesn't matter too much apart from when it's raining. And there was constant construction next door which was frustrating but must end at some point soon.
